Operations teams surround and support everything happening in classrooms. They are a primary connection between your school and the community it serves. We support schools in the effort to streamline, clarify, and articulate the critical work that their Operations teams do to keep their schools running efficiently and effectively.

The Student Services team works to ensure that students with disabilities receive high-quality, effective mandated supports. We have developed and refined processes for student supports and student referrals. We help schools improve current functions to promote advocacy and to strengthen their overall educational outcomes.

Schools cannot operate without great talent and mission-aligned teachers in their classrooms. A school’s talent / recruitment team plays a major role in the making of a successful school year. We offer guidance with recruitment and hiring efforts, and can share resources to improve onboarding.
