Our Approach
We are, first and foremost, a school. We do the same work as our clients, every day. We work with other school leaders to teach the way we think. We believe in organizational intelligence, or the idea that organizations can learn, not just individuals. By the end of our consulting process, we leave you with systems that enable you to continuously learn about your organization’s strategy, processes, and people – like we use ourselves at Classical.
How We Work
Through our vision and strategy, we create guiding policies and processes, execute them with fidelity, and thoughtfully analyze the data to reflect on results. This reflection often leads to revision or refinement of our processes, and sometimes policies, with one essential goal in mind: that we continuously improve in our efficacy, effectiveness, and overall outcomes for students.
